Brighten up your time at the beach.
Last season’s favorite beach towels always seem to be missing by the time summer rolls around again. Luckily, I found some fun new ones.
These towels from H & M has a velour front with the print, and terry cloth on the back. They are 31” x 65” and can be machine washed in hot water. They have a hanger loop at one end to go over a peg or hook. $17.99
H & M also has this round beach towel in cotton with a terry cloth back and a tassel at the edges. It is 59” in diameter and can be machine washed hot. $34.99.
This is an oversized beach towel at 74” x 37”. It has a polyester-microfiber front and a cotton terry back. It is machine washable. On sale for $38.99.
This is a reversible 100% cotton awning stripe beach towel. It is red/white on one side and blue/white on the other. It is 32” x 64” for 39.99 (there is currently a 30% discount) from Pottery Barn. You can monogram it for an additional charge.
This is called the Nautical Pineapple towel and is made by the Round Towel Co. It has a dark blue and white stripe with the pineapples overlapping. It is 60” in diameter with a 1.5” fringe. It is 100% cotton and should be washed on a delicate setting or hand washed and line dried. $59.95
This beach towel is made with 100% Turkish cotton. It is thin so can double as a scarf or sarong, but thick enough to be an absorbent beach towel. Those of you who caught our article on Turkish bath towels and bought some know how delicious these towels are. There are several color choices. It is 72” x 37” and can be machine washed in cold water and tumbled dry. $45.00.
Sand USA makes a beach towel bean bag that looks ultra comfortable. It is durable with a cotton toweling wrap and waterproof nylon backing. The cover is machine washable. It is large enough for two adults. There is a junior size for kids or a single person. The large size is 60” x 55”, weighs 4.4 pounds and is $119.95. The Junior size is 60” x 27.5”, weighs 2.2 pounds and is $89.95. The Large also comes in blue stripe. The bean bag insert is extra.
This beach towel is 32” x 62” and is 100% cotton terry. It is machine washable and $9.99.
