I have just finished watching Ludwig, a new BBC crime series on Britbox. The first two of six episodes premiered in the U.S. on March 20, 2025. I think the beginning was a touch slow, but I enjoyed it and kept watching. When the last episode of Season 1 ended I was beside myself that it was over and set about trying to discover when Season 2 was going to be released. It is charming, not violent, very clever, set in Cambridge, England, and well worth watching. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt27846061/
In Hong Kong, this mosquito bite ointment is in every medicine cabinet. It has menthol and camphor in it, so it cools the bite area immediately and smells wonderful. Time to stock up now. $9.95.

Schedule a text to send later. If you don’t want people to know you’re awake at all hours of the night texting, schedule your messages to send at less alarming hours. Open a chat, type your text, and then tap the + on the left side of the message field. Select Send Later, then choose a day and time for your scheduled message to be delivered.
Do you ever wake up in the middle of the night with your mind racing, and tasks you’ve forgotten to do crowding into your thoughts? Try this breathing technique that might get your mind to stop spinning. It’s called The Infinity Loop. Visualize an infinity loop, (a sideways figure 8). Inhale and trace one loop with your mind, or with your finger. Exhale slowly and trace the other loop. Repeat until you feel your body relaxing. It works because the steady rhythm along with the visualization quiets a racing mind and helps your body to release the stress and relax.
