A recent study done in Japan found that people who took a warm bath after 7 PM had lower blood pressure than those who did not.  It was concluded that a warm evening bath reduced stress which in turn made it easier to fall asleep.

I am smitten with this website.  Enjoy the shared vistas of strangers around the world who have sent in the views from their windows.  The site was created by a couple in Singapore during quarantine.  It began as a curated site and it became a global sensation.  People sent in their views in both video form and still photographs.  The homeowners first names and location are provided. Narragansett Leathers was a fabulous leather shop in a tiny town in mid-coast Maine.  They closed about 10 years ago and I was delighted to learn they are still selling their beautiful products online.
