The Great Moose Migration in Sweden began airing Tuesday, April 15th on Swedish TV. It captures the moose following the path they’ve followed for thousands of years to summer grazing pastures. Last year worldwide viewership hit 9 million people. The moose can be seen swimming across bodies of water and following the path over hills and through forests. I think it’s lovely. The migration will be televised for 20 days, ending on May 5th. Click here to view a clip from the Smithsonian. Click here to view the 24 hour livestream from STV..
ASE reader Pam C. gave me a bag of these chips. They are made with avocado oil rather than the seed oils most other chips are cooked in. Avocado oil is richer in healthy fats like monosaturated fats and can be beneficial for heart health. It also has a higher smoke point than some other oils which can reduce the formation of harmful compounds during frying. They were delicious!! Available at Whole Foods.
