Jacoby Young is a 2016 college graduate and teaches elementary school in Honolulu. He has a list on his website called “Less, More and None” which prioritizes his activities – those he wants to do more of, less of or not at all. I love it.

Want to play with music? Download the free app called Sleeping Dragon. The app allows users to build a sound generator of calming tones and it’s fun! It was designed and programmed by Ross Fish for myNoise. It is available to both Windows and Macs. If you don’t want to download the software, just play on the website and listen to the calming sounds you create. I have played with the tones and enjoyed listening while meditating or working. To sample and get an idea of what this is, go to the website.
