This is a free, secure website that does searches for lost or forgotten assets. The site is endorsed by the non-profit National Association of Unclaimed Property Administrators. Find old bank accounts, insurance policies, safe deposit boxes, stocks or bonds and more.
It’s easy. I first put in my married name and current town and state of residence. Nothing came up. I then put in my maiden name and the city where I grew up, and while my name didn’t come up, my father’s did! In Florida, no less, and we lived in New York! Try all names you’ve had and every state you’ve lived in. You never know!
