A cooking staple becomes stylish.

There is no reason for colanders to be grey metal and hidden in a kitchen cabinet, like mine.  Colanders can serve many functions from fruit bowl to draining and serving pasta, so they should be pleasing to the eye. Here are some that I think fit the bill.

This is a simple, vintage inspired colander from Hudson Grace.  It is handmade of ceramic in Italy and finished in white glaze.  It measures 9.5” D x 5” H.  It is dishwasher safe. $48.00.
