Fresh salads deserve tasty salad dressing and I have found a way to keep my homemade favorites on hand. I fill these salad dressing shakers with great ingredients and leave them in the fridge. I only use shakers which work with one hand – it would be awkward to use the ones which require me to hold the bottle, spin a handle on the top and then lift the top to pour out the dressing. I need a tight seal to avoid spills when shaking and to keep the dressing fresh in the fridge. With the following shakers, I can mix the ingredients with a shake, then flip open the spout with one finger – and pour.
