I’d like to think that summer isn’t over until October, so here are more gadgets and gizmos that are useful anytime, but particularly in warmer seasons.

I don’t advise getting a set of 12 of these calorie-counting wine glasses, but one might be the perfect thing to put a lid on summertime guzzling of sangria or rosé.  This ordinary looking wine glass has wine calories marked off on one side.  I think it’s a great idea! $19.95.

Zoku Single Quick Pop Maker turns fruit juice or yogurt into a pop in less than 7 minutes!  It is 4.5” x 4.5” and comes in blue, purple, orange, yellow or red. $24.99.

This little Hamilton Beach battery powered ice cream maker is cordless and portable.  It makes homemade ice cream and sorbet in 6 – 12 minutes. It does best with sorbet.  It comes in green, blue and pink.  Makes 3 servings.

I love this tall skinny blender that is also a sport bottle to go!  In the Oster MyBlend blender whip up your smoothie, detach the container and take it with you.  It is strong enough to crush ice, is dishwasher-safe and reusable.  $30 in blue, yellow, green or pink.

These expandable go-cups are BPA-free accordion plastic containers that extend to hold snacks then flatten for storage.  They look so useful!

These Copco Hydra water-bottle look-alikes twist apart in the middle so you can add ice or lemon slices.  BPA-free. 16.9 oz, They come in 4 different colors.  $9 each.

Packing for a summer trip?  In case a thunderstorm brings a power outage, this cordless iron is easy to use and you won’t be ironing the cord all the time like I do!  It heats up very quickly, has an automatic shut-off and is multi-directional.  It is 11” x 6” x 8” and weighs 4 lbs.  $76.00.
